高壓去毛刺清洗機(jī)依托高壓水射流技術(shù)，以清水為介質(zhì)，經(jīng)增壓泵加壓至 30–500MPa 高壓，通過(guò)專用噴嘴形成高速水刀沖擊工件，依靠瞬時(shí)沖擊力剝離毛刺、鑄砂、切屑與油污，是針對(duì)復(fù)雜內(nèi)腔結(jié)構(gòu)研發(fā)的專用工業(yè)清洗設(shè)備。區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)打磨、噴砂工藝，它無(wú)需接觸工件，不會(huì)劃傷精密加工面。

The high-pressure deburring cleaning machine relies on high-pressure water jet technology, using clean water as the medium, and is pressurized to a high pressure of 30-500MPa by a booster pump. It forms a high-speed water jet through a dedicated nozzle to impact the workpiece, and uses instantaneous impact force to remove burrs, casting sand, chips, and oil stains. It is a specialized industrial cleaning equipment developed for complex internal cavity structures. Different from traditional polishing and sandblasting processes, it does not require contact with the workpiece and will not scratch the precision machining surface.

設(shè)備依靠高壓泵將水體增壓，經(jīng)由多角度水刀噴射，搭配 CNC 三軸機(jī)械手合理定位。針對(duì)交叉孔、盲孔、螺紋孔、油路深孔等加工死角，機(jī)械手可帶動(dòng)工件伸入孔道內(nèi)部，高壓水流全方位沖刷，在毛刺根部產(chǎn)生應(yīng)力使其斷裂脫落；配套 5μm 精密過(guò)濾系統(tǒng)，循環(huán)凈水持續(xù)作業(yè)，非常終工件去毛刺率可達(dá) 99.9% 以上。

The equipment relies on a high-pressure pump to increase the pressure of the water body, which is sprayed through a multi angle water jet and accurately positioned by a CNC three-axis robotic arm. For machining blind spots such as cross holes, blind holes, threaded holes, and deep oil holes, the robotic arm can drive the workpiece into the hole, and high-pressure water flow will wash it in all directions, generating stress at the root of the burr to cause it to fracture and fall off; Equipped with a 5 μ m precision filtration system and continuous operation of circulating purified water, the final workpiece deburring rate can reach over 99.9%.

整機(jī)包含高壓泵組、三軸移動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、機(jī)械手、多規(guī)格水刀、水循環(huán)過(guò)濾、水霧收集系統(tǒng)六大模塊，支持壓力變頻、移動(dòng)速度、旋轉(zhuǎn)角度程序調(diào)控。

The whole machine includes six modules: high-pressure pump group, three-axis moving system, robotic arm, multi specification water jet, water circulation filtration, and water mist collection system. It supports pressure frequency conversion, movement speed, and rotation angle program control.
